UNC Charlotte CEE alum selected to give prestigious TRB lectureship

Dr. David Harkey, an alum of the UNC Charlotte Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, will be giving the prestigious Thomas B. Deen Lectureship at the TRB Annual Meeting.
